Answers to the most common questions when registering, linking and handing over watches.
These are the most common day-to-day questions. If something is missing, ask the Portal assistant.
I lost the code before entering it on the watch
The code has no time expiry: it's valid until used. If you lose it, unlink the watch and link it again to generate a fresh code.
➡️ The watch is still ready to link; you just need a fresh code.
Can I move a watch to a different user?
Yes. Unlink the watch to release it (it returns to Unassigned), then link the new user to get a fresh code.
A watch fails QA or is faulty
Move it to the Defective state instead of linking it.
❌ Don't try to link a defective watch.
Can a user be reused across watches?
A user can have only one active watch at a time. When generating a code, existing users are matched by email, name or identifier.
Does the user install or activate anything?
No. The watch is delivered already linked and working.
✅ The user just wears the watch; they never enter a code or configure anything.
Why are some screens partly in Spanish?
Navigation and watch states are translated, but a few headers and the green device-intake buttons (for example Ingresar un Nuevo Dispositivo) stay in Spanish. This guide always gives you the Spanish label + its meaning.
